They are seeking a Senior Manager for OneStream, a mission-critical role that involves owning the platform end-to-end post-go-live and acting as the technical authority for OneStream while working closely with senior Finance leadership and IT partners.
Responsibilities
Own the full OneStream platform across planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics
Architect, design, develop, and maintain OneStream solutions end-to-end
Write and maintain complex OneStream business rules (VB.NET / XFBRs)
Build workflows, cube views, dashboards, transformation rules, and integrations
Partner closely with Finance to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Lead and review work delivered by external OneStream developers and consultants
Support UAT, resolve issues, and drive deployments from UAT to production
Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability post–go-live
Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures
Share best practices and provide enablement to Finance users
Qualification
Required
Deep, hands-on OneStream experience (not just functional exposure)
Proven ability to code and configure OneStream independently
Strong experience writing VB.NET-based OneStream business rules
Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes
Experience supporting OneStream through or after go-live
Comfortable acting as the technical authority in front of senior stakeholders
VB.NET (OneStream business rules)
SQL (data integration, troubleshooting, performance)
Experience with APIs, automation, and integrations
Prior exposure to Oracle, Hyperion, TM1, or Essbase is a plus
Senior, hands-on practitioner
Comfortable challenging vendors and reviewing their work
Strong communicator with Finance and IT leaders
Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and delivery-focused
