Responsibilities
Process and manage payroll for production staff
Ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions
Prepare detailed work instructions to ensure compliance with production standards
Provide clear communication and training on work instructions to associates
Utilize JDE software for production and inventory management
Maintain accurate records and generate necessary reports
Create and manage spreadsheets for tracking production data
Analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements
Coordinate and schedule production staff to meet operational needs
Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet production targets
Manage projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing rework, and enhancing labeling processes
Track progress and report on project outcomes
Provide backup support for labeling and other production tasks as needed
Assist with other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field is a plus
Proven experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment
Proficiency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is required
Strong experience with JDE software
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
