The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technical vision and architecture of the company, overseeing engineering development and ensuring best practices in AI reliability and system performance.

Responsibilities
Lead Master LLM’s technical vision, architecture, and product execution
Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and production-grade
Oversee engineering development, managing infrastructure and deployments
Define product and API strategy
Ensure best practices across AI reliability, security, and system performance
Build and mentor the engineering team
Collaborate closely with founders and stakeholders
Drive technical decisions that support long-term growth and fundraising readiness
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in software architecture and building scalable SaaS/API platforms
Deep understanding of LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), including latency, cost, and context handling
Experience with AI reliability systems, including hallucination reduction, eval pipelines, and safety guards
Proficiency in backend development, API design, and system integrations (REST, Webhooks, Auth, Rate limiting)
Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), deployments, and DevOps practices
Knowledge of security best practices, compliance-oriented engineering, and enterprise-grade workflows
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus
