Responsibilities
Provide direct support to the Chief of Staff in daily operations
Handle administrative tasks including booking travel, filing, scheduling, and correspondence
Shadow leadership in operations and budget planning meetings; take notes and track cadences to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Represent the firm professionally in communications with third parties
Learn the operations side of finance in a hands-on apprenticeship environment
Work closely with leadership to develop into a future Chief of Staff if performance and growth align
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate or candidate early in their career with some professional experience and highly detailed oriented
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to spot errors quickly
Positive attitude, hardworking, and eager to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable with a flexible schedule as a W2 employee
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
