Responsibilities
Leading end‑to‑end migrations of claims and billing platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal business disruption
Guiding IT integration efforts during M&A activities — from data center consolidation to network redesign and system alignment
Building clear project plans, managing timelines and budgets, and coordinating resources across multiple teams
Working closely with infrastructure engineers, developers, analysts, and external partners to keep projects moving forward
Identifying risks early and putting strong mitigation plans in place to protect data integrity, security, and uptime
Keeping executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders informed with clear, consistent communication
Supporting post‑migration stabilization and ensuring systems are optimized and well‑documented
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
7+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects
At least 5 years of experience leading infrastructure transitions in M&A environments
Strong knowledge of network architecture, data center operations, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and enterprise security
A project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
Preferred
Hands‑on experience migrating claims and billing platforms (healthcare, insurance, or financial services experience is a plus)
