CyberCoders is seeking a detail-oriented Civil Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for civil construction projects and collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment with project specifications and budgets.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects including sitework, utilities, and earthwork
Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements for accurate estimation
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for cost estimation
Utilize estimation software such as HCSS and AGTEK to generate accurate estimates and reports
Review subcontractor quotes and proposals to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project specifications
Monitor and update estimates as projects progress and changes occur
Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather data for estimating purposes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Civil Estimator in the construction industry

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams
Ability to manage multiple estimates and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
