Lead the accounting team and own monthly, quarterly, and annual close
Oversee GAAP financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, KPIs, and internal controls
Manage audits, tax planning, and regulatory compliance
Develop accounting policies and partner with leadership on financial strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Proven experience managing company-wide finances
Preferred
Manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale experience preferred
CPA is a plus
