Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator – Customer Service & Call Center - Remote Remote Position

Administering Dynamics CRM
Managing users and security
Configuring case management
Configuring queues
Configuring SLAs
Configuring workflows
Supporting call center and IVR integrations
Working closely with customer care teams to optimize service workflows

Overall system performance
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator
Strong customer care / call center CRM experience
Knowledge of case management, queues, SLAs
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Preferred
IVR integration or setup experience preferred
