Responsibilities
Support tax return processing and administrative activities during peak busy season periods
Assist with facilities-related tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Upload Statements of Work (SOWs) and maintain accurate workflow updates within internal systems (BTU)
Monitor and update tracking tools, ensuring timely and accurate processing of documentation
Provide general office support including coordination, documentation handling, and internal communications
Maintain a polished and professional presence when interacting with internal stakeholders and visitors
Effectively manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines and service expectations
