Responsibilities
Manage, complete, and respond to daily pricing requests in alignment with assigned due dates or service level agreements for both new and existing customers within designated modes, products, or trade lanes
Ensure operational policy compliance prior to issuing pricing—including validating commodities against restricted or prohibited policies and identifying any embargoed countries
Document all pricing activities to clearly communicate methodology and details to relevant operations staff when business is awarded
Monitor and report monthly progress toward goals and KPIs
Build rapport with stakeholders across network offices to maintain current accessorial pricing
Support immediate door-to-door pricing needs when customer timelines require it
Collaborate with management and peers to identify best practices that elevate pricing quality and improve win ratios
Other duties may be assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency using Outlook, Excel, Word, and other internal computer systems
Experience in international logistics; ocean freight experience preferred
Preferred
Familiarity with complex global trade environments, including compliance considerations related to restricted commodities and embargoed countries
Prior experience supporting pricing, quoting, or analytics within a logistics or supply chain setting
