Responsibilities

Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes for composite and metallic aerospace structures
Provide technical oversight for new product introduction, tooling design, and process validation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and improve yield
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and performance issues
Support capital projects, automation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to long-term technical planning

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred
20+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience machining (metals, metallics, hard metals)
20+ years of experience with machined parts or aircraft gear
15+ years of experience with aircraft, military flight equipment
