Application Support Engineer

Strong in systems analysis and troubleshooting
Experience using Azure Application Insights (or comparable monitoring tools)
Experience with SQL tools
Ability to design and implement plans/processes that reduce downtime
Ability to help manage system/server load during peak usage or incident conditions
Microsoft Web Forms
Microsoft .NET Core
C#
Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines
Azure Data Factory
ORM: Entity Framework and/or Dapper
Angular (components & TypeScript)
Transact-SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, functions)
Query optimization and performance tuning
Experience working with large datasets
Agile / Scrum (participate in all ceremonies)
Contribute to user story creation, refinement, and sprint planning
CI/CD with Azure DevOps (Gitflow branching, pull requests)
SQL analysis tools
