Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and related equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
Conduct installations and upgrades of machinery as needed
Utilize PLC systems for monitoring and optimizing equipment performance
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
Train junior technicians on maintenance procedures and safety practices

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, specifically with injection molding machinery

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
