Responsibilities
Prepare and submit accurate documentation for the clearance of goods in compliance with customs and other government agencies
Utilize CargoWise software to enter data and manage logistics information effectively
Coordinate with carriers, agents, and clients to obtain necessary information and documents
Track and monitor shipments, resolving any issues that may arise during the transit process
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and compliance requirements in the freight industry
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Entry Writer or similar role in the freight forwarding industry
Proficiency in CargoWise software and strong computer literacy
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and documentation requirements
