Dealer Channel Sales Representative
Millennium Group is a company specializing in Building Access Control & Security Systems, and they are seeking a Dealer Channel Sales Representative to support and grow relationships with independent dealers. The role involves managing dealer relationships, providing sales enablement support, and maintaining accurate territory and pipeline management.

Responsibilities
Maintain regular, in-person engagement with 30-50 independent dealers
Travel 3-4 days per week within assigned territory, approximately 2-3 weeks per month
Build trust with dealer owners, sales leaders, and technical managers
Respond to dealer inquiries within 24 hours
Support dealers in closing business through product demos, dealer and end-user meetings, and sales training sessions
Help dealers articulate the value proposition of Millennium products
Develop working knowledge of Millennium hardware and software
Explain features, functionality, and value clearly at a non-engineering level
Escalate technical issues promptly and own dealer escalations until resolution
Manage territory with structured coverage plans
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce
Meet weekly activity expectations to achieve sales targets
Follow Millennium policies, pricing guidelines, and escalation processes
Balance dealer advocacy with company priorities
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or territory sales
Demonstrated ability to engage with business owners and technical stakeholders
Ability and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory (60-75% travel)
Valid driver's license (reasonable accommodations will be considered)
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Preferred
Experience in access control, security, low-voltage, IT, or networking industries
Background with an building access control and security manufacturer or integrator
Experience supporting dealers or channel partners
