This role is responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes across various project phases, ensuring collaboration among stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage BIM and VDC processes across multiple projects
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
Utilize Revit to create and manage 3D models and ensure they meet project specifications
Conduct clash detection using Navisworks to identify potential issues in the design phase
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including model updates and version control
Provide training and support to team members on BIM/VDC best practices and tools
Participate in project meetings to communicate progress and resolve any BIM-related issues

Required

Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry
Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit & NavisWorks
Strong knowledge of BIM coordination processes and workflows

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Preferred

Familiarity with MEP, Sheet Metal, and HVAC systems is a plus
