Panacea Collective is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Intern to create engaging content and manage social media platforms. The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives and assisting with event execution to boost brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Develop and schedule content for social media platforms to promote Panacea Collective and upcoming events

Monitor and engage with audiences on social media channels

Assist in marketing campaigns and email newsletters to attract potential clients

Support client outreach efforts, including preparing and organizing client gifts and communications

Research and identify potential leads on LinkedIn and create and maintain master contact lists

Keep up to date with social media and industry trends to help shape content strategy

Capture and produce photos and videos of the office, warehouse, and live event content for marketing use

Support Event Leads with pre-production tasks and day-of event coordination, including:

Vendor research and outreach

Organizing event materials such as registration packets and gift bags

On-site event support from setup through strike

Attend weekly marketing team meetings and provide progress updates

Perform administrative tasks to help maintain smooth company operations

Run errands and assist with transportation needs as necessary

Required

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and basic content creation tools (Canva, Later, Capcut, Asana, Finch CRM etc.)

Strong writing, editing, verbal communication, and active listening skills

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Self-driven, eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to contribute with a positive 'anything is possible' mindset
