Responsibilities
Manage and complete daily pricing requests, ensuring all deadlines and service level agreements are met for new and existing customers
Validate compliance with operational policies before pricing, including checking restricted or prohibited commodities and identifying embargoed countries
Document notes for each pricing activity to clearly communicate methodology to operations teams upon award
Track, monitor, and report monthly progress toward assigned goals and KPIs
Build strong communication and rapport with internal network offices to maintain the most up-to-date accessorial pricing, enabling accurate door-to-door quotes when needed
Partner with management and peers to identify best practices and support continuous improvement to increase pricing quality and win ratios
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to reliably count and perform simple math using a calculator
Experience managing and responding to emails in a professional environment
Ability to follow detailed instructions and established operational processes
Experience conducting load calculations
Ability to learn and apply new application systems or tools through training
Preferred
Experience conducting due diligence for pricing or operational decisions
Familiarity with following structured protocols in a logistics or operations environment
