Responsibilities
Develop and manage new business opportunities with government agencies
Lead RFP/RFQ responses and support contract awards
Build relationships with city officials, building departments, and key decision-makers
Identify market opportunities within the building and construction industry
Collaborate internally to ensure successful contract execution
Travel, attend meetings with existing and prospective clients, as well as industry conferences
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in business development or sales involving government contracts
Strong understanding of public procurement processes
Familiarity with the building industry, plan check, or construction services
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
