Mid LevelCyberCoders is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to coordinate and manage project timelines for educational projects, particularly in K-12 initiatives. The role involves facilitating communication between stakeholders and optimizing project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera software
Coordinate with project teams to gather information on task durations and resource availability
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project objectives
Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity in timelines and deliverables
Collaborate with Owners Representatives and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
Assist in the planning and execution of public works projects within the educational sector
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Scheduler in educational projects, particularly K-12
Familiarity with the DSA, LAUSD, LAWA, and LACCD guidelines
Strong knowledge of scheduling software, particularly Primavera
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and project teams
Preferred
Background in public works projects is a plus
