Responsibilities
You will be managing around 30-50 mid market-enterprise accounts, and our average ACV is $40-$80k
You will not be responsible for up selling and renewals, however you will be identifying those opportunities and handing them off to our AEs
You will be meeting with clients several times/week, answering customer inquiries as needed, and engaging in proactive outreach
Qualification
Required
CSM w/ Experience in Legal Tech
Solid understanding of systems, escalation management, customer automation systems, and practice management systems
Ability to manage around 30-50 mid market-enterprise accounts
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
