Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance plans for printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) processes
Conduct regular inspections and audits of PCBA production to ensure compliance with quality standards
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes
Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, particularly in the field of printed circuit board assembly (PCBA)
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools
Experience with testing procedures and standards related to PCBAs is a plus
