Responsibilities
Build, validate, and deploy predictive and machine learning models to improve operational performance
Apply optimization, time-series forecasting, causal inference, and experimental design to large, real-world datasets
Lead projects across the full data science lifecycle: data exploration, modeling, production deployment, and performance tracking
Design and interpret experiments to quantify impact and guide decision-making
Translate advanced analytics and ML insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify new opportunities for applying data science to operations and fleet use cases
Mentor team members and help define best practices for modeling, analytics, and production-ready solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience applying machine learning, statistical modeling, and optimization to large datasets
Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL, and cloud environments
Demonstrated experience deploying ML models in production
Applied experience in areas such as: Route, logistics, or maintenance optimization, Forecasting and time-series modeling, Pricing or operational optimization, Experimental design and causal analysis
Ability to lead analytics initiatives and influence technical direction
Preferred
Master's degree preferred (Bachelor's required in a quantitative field)
