Sales Development Representative
CMIT Solutions is a Managed IT Services Provider for businesses, and they are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Sales Development Representative to join their team. The role involves driving sales growth through effective cold-calling, lead nurturing, and CRM management while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and opportunities
Nurture leads through various channels to move them through the sales funnel
Meet weekly call quotas
Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead information
Develop and maintain targeted lead lists for effective outreach
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance and drive revenue growth
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and marketing
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or related roles
Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, including digital marketing techniques
Continuous learning mindset with a willingness to adapt to changing market dynamics
