Responsibilities
Acts as the primary liaison with the client, contractor and project team
Ensures timely communications throughout all project phases, develops and maintains meeting minutes, and follows up on all action items
Negotiates, develops, monitors and controls the scope of deliverables, work plans, schedules and budgets for all project stages
Leads and attends regular coordination meetings for all architectural and engineering disciplines in all project phases
Develops a detailed work plan for all architectural and engineering disciplines, allocates hours to the work plan and monitors project progress weekly
Ensures close client relationships are maintained through regular contact; stays informed of changing needs and direction
Qualification
Required
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Registered Architect, a plus
B. Arch or related equivalent
Experience in project management and architectural design
LEED AP, a plus
Ability to travel
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
