Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the industrial facility
Manage wastewater treatment processes to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Oversee pipe installation projects and ensure adherence to safety protocols
Monitor and maintain pressure vessels and heat exchangers for optimal performance
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Superintendent in an industrial setting
Strong knowledge of wastewater management processes
Experience with pipe installation and maintenance of pressure vessels and heat exchangers
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze and solve complex operational problems
