Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime
Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory
Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives with production teams
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Hands-on experience with packaging equipment, conveyors, and automation systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety protocols
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
Background in beverage, food, or packaging industry
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Welding, fabrication, or machining experience
Computer skills for maintenance tracking systems
