Responsibilities

Identify organizational and talent gaps, and people needs to successfully execute business strategy, evaluating the talent landscape to inform resourcing and development plans within a medium to high complexity product area. Support leaders in selection and development of top leadership talent
Lead efforts to improve organizational health by monitoring trends and metrics related to new, undefined, or multi-dimensional problems, maintaining a pulse on the culture, speaking truth to leadership, and sponsoring a broad workforce
Build strong relationships with leaders and provide sound HR guidance on future or undefined problems, balancing client, business, and company needs against risks, with a focus on people consequences and reactions
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the client organization, advising several VPs across many countries and job families in the development of people plans

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies
Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design

Preferred

Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies
Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and verbal format
