Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the SMT production team to achieve daily production targets
Monitor the SMT process and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement improvements to enhance product quality
Manage equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
Provide training and support to team members on best practices in SMT and PCB manufacturing
Collaborate with engineering and management teams to optimize production processes and equipment utilization
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in SMT, PCB manufacturing, and production line management
Strong understanding of surface mount technology and printed circuit board assembly
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements
Familiarity with electronics and manufacturing equipment related to SMT and PCBA
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, but not required
