Head of Performance Marketing
LMRE is partnered with a high-growth proptech company seeking their first Performance Marketing leader. This role is responsible for owning the paid acquisition strategy, ensuring a predictable and scalable pipeline while partnering with Product Marketing to create effective ads and systems.
Responsibilities
Own paid acquisition end to end and turn it into a predictable, scalable pipeline engine
Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning into ads that convert and systems that scale
Paid strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
Full budget ownership and CAC accountability
Scaling lead quality, not just volume
Creative direction and rapid testing cycles
Hands-on static ads plus agency-led UGC
Clean measurement tied to CRM and revenue
Testing and expansion into new channels (eg Reddit, display, sponsorships)
Qualification
Required
Proven ownership of paid acquisition with revenue accountability
Deep hands-on Meta and Google experience, solid LinkedIn
Strong performance creative instincts (hooks, proof, offers)
Fast testing and iteration mindset
Comfortable operating with little structure
Focused on revenue and lead quality, not vanity metrics
Preferred
Vertical SaaS, proptech, or strong agency background- proptech high growth SaaS preferred!
Experience scaling beyond core paid channels
Comfortable creating simple static ads and managing UGC partners
