Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications
Design and develop applications for Android and IOS environments, including Implement native UI components
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services for seamless app functionality
Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and memory usage
Ensure compatibility across different screen sizes and OS versions
Collaborate with designers, cloud engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality applications
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain app stability
Follow best practices for mobile security, authentication, and data storage
Stay updated with multiplatform advancements and development trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in mobile app development in Android and IOS IDEs and experience as a lead / architect
Experience with leading a small team of mobile app developers
Demonstrated best practices for application architecture and optimization
Knowledge of networking, API integration, and authentication mechanisms
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
Excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively with client and offshore development
Preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
Experience with cloud database integrations in AWS
Knowledge of state management
Familiarity with App Store and Google Play deployment processes
Understanding of mobile accessibility and UX best practices
Experience with connected vehicle technologies
