Recruiting and Hiring Drywall Carpenters, Drywall Finishers, Insulators, Painters, and Laborers
Manage Orientation Process in partnership with HR Manager
Ensuring 10 plus projects are properly staffed at all times
Understanding when additional workers are needed on projects and source the workers in a timely manner
Assigning appropriate and fair compensation to workers based on skill and experience
Following all legal requirements when hiring (E-Verify, Equal Opportunity Employer, Local, State, and Federal Laws)
Having a detailed understanding of the construction industry
The Ability to use Microsoft Office
The Ability to use recruiting software
Strong Communication Skills
Organizational Skills
