Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and complete purchase orders
Responsible for invoice reconciliation
Responsible for expediting and making sure the materials are delivered in the specified amount
Receive packing slips
Ensure and promote compliance to company and procurement policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

2 years' minimum experience in an office setting
Must have proven multi-task skills in prior position
Candidate must be accurate; attention to detail and excellent organizational skills a must

Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required

Preferred

Previous Purchasing experience is a plus
