Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and filing of federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses
Review and analyze financial documents and tax-related information to ensure compliance
Conduct tax research and provide guidance on tax planning strategies
Collaborate with team members to resolve tax-related inquiries and issues
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all tax filings and communications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during peak season
Preferred
Relevant experience in tax preparation or audit preferred
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or EA (Enrolled Agent) designation is a plus
