Responsibilities

Full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and corrective actions
Define and execute site strategy and business plans in alignment with Group and Business Unit strategies
Lead and further develop a compact, highly hands-on U.S. sales organization and personally drive key customer relationships
Drive business development in close collaboration with global Business Unit Leaders
Strengthen OEM, private-label, and key account business
Ensure operational stability, delivery reliability, quality, and cost discipline in close cooperation with the Operations Director
Allocate human and infrastructural resources to achieve defined business goals
Lead, develop, and align the local leadership team and organization
Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, legal, and corporate governance requirements
Represent the company legally in the role of President and senior executive

Required

Proven senior leadership experience in a sales-driven role within an industrial or manufacturing environment

Hands-on, pragmatic leadership style with high on-site presence
Comfortable working in a European, family-owned, matrix organization
Structured, results-oriented, and resilient change leader
Strong communication skills and credibility with customers, employees, and senior stakeholders
