Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the commercial flooring industry
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research
Manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing
Collaborate with project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
Provide expert advice on commercial flooring products and solutions to clients
Track and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Required

Proven experience in commercial flooring sales or related construction sales environment

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
