Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of architectural projects for K-12 educational facilities
Prepare and oversee construction documents and ensure compliance with DSA regulations
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion of projects
Assist in mentoring junior staff and provide guidance on design and documentation practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Job Captain, preferably with DSA and K-12 project experience
Strong knowledge of construction documentation and design processes
Proficiency in architectural design software and tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Registered Architect (AIA) preferred
