Responsibilities
Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project milestones are met
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, laborers, and equipment for various construction activities
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control
Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and submitting reports
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and ensure project alignment
Provide on-site leadership to all team members and promote a positive work environment
Prepare daily reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, safety, and regulations
Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel to various job sites as needed
