Responsibilities
Drive new partnerships across residential and corporate accounts
Own the full sales process, from initial outreach through close
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and activity metrics
Maintain a detailed and organized pipeline of prospective and existing leads
Nurture existing client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat or expanded business
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Growth strategies
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently represent a premium brand
Comfort handling objections and educating clients on the value of our services
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations at once
Self-starter mentality - you're energized by autonomy and accountability
