Accounting Coordinator
CORE Safety Group is a nationwide safety management and loss control consulting firm, and they are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support their accounting department. The role involves accurate data entry, financial record-keeping, and basic bookkeeping functions while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software and spreadsheets
Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and bank statements
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers on a regular basis
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Identify and correct data entry errors to ensure accurate reporting
Prepare basic financial reports as requested by management
Organize and maintain digital and physical financial documents for auditing and reference
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Proven experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or accounting roles
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Good written and verbal communication skills
