Service Technician - East Tennessee (Knoxville)
Hospitality Control Solutions is seeking a driven, hands-on problem solver to join their fast-growing team as an Associate Service Technician. This role involves supporting the systems that keep restaurants running, providing both on-site and remote troubleshooting for clients in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
Deliver on-site and remote troubleshooting for restaurants and hospitality businesses
Track issues and resolutions through our ticketing platform
Keep tools and equipment organized and ready for field service
Represent the company with professionalism and top-tier customer service
Gain hands-on experience diagnosing software/hardware issues in real-time
Partner with senior techs to install and support Aloha POS systems and related hardware
Grow your skills with structured Aloha POS and IT training sessions
Qualification
Required
Curiosity and enthusiasm for tech—especially if you love figuring out how things work
Basic hardware and software know-how
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routers, switches)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to be part of a team and jump into new challenges
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Company car provided for on-site support
References and willingness to do background check

Prior tech support or field service experience
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Aloha
