Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures for construction projects
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Collaborate with project managers and teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Prepare detailed reports on quality audits, inspections, and findings
Train and mentor on-site staff regarding quality control practices and protocols
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies regarding quality standards and expectations
Stay updated with industry best practices, certifications, and regulations related to construction quality control

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Certification as a Quality Control Manager (QCM Cert) is highly desirable
Experience with NAVFAC and USACE standards is a plus
Strong knowledge of construction quality control processes and regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites
