Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations
Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation of findings and recommendations
Collaborate with clients to explain inspection results and provide guidance on necessary repairs or upgrades
Stay updated on current codes, regulations, and industry standards related to fire safety systems
Assist in training and mentoring junior inspectors and staff on inspection procedures and safety standards
Qualification
Required
State of Texas FAL, RME-I & BPAT
Proven experience in performing inspections and assessments in the fire safety industry
Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations
