Responsibilities
Manage and supervise construction projects for federal clients, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines
Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution
Ensure compliance with all federal, military, and DoD regulations and standards
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules
Resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on federal/public/gov projects $40M+
Strong knowledge of federal construction regulations and military standards
Ability to travel frequently to project sites as required
Experience working with government contracts and compliance
Benefits
$100,000 upon project completion
$60/day per diem
All travel expenses covered
