Responsibilities
Manage large-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects from start to finish
Lead project teams and coordinate with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion
Collaborate with senior management to align project goals and execution strategies
Build and develop strong teams while delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing scope, and staying on schedule and within budget
Drive division profitability through effective project execution and cost control
Set and manage technical goals, scheduling benchmarks, procurement strategies, and staffing plans
Continuously evaluate and improve project management systems and processes to meet client needs and business objectives
Review contractual requirements and MEP-specific design and installation methodologies
Ensure project schedules are met and adjust priorities based on evolving customer needs and resource availability
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Lead project reviews with a focus on financial forecasting and performance tracking
Ensure high-quality engineering, coordination, and delivery of MEP systems
Proactively communicate challenges, risks, and successes across all stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in MEP project management
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts
Proven ability to build client relationships and contribute to winning projects
Demonstrated success in managing profitable project portfolios
Excellent initiative, execution, and communication skills-both oral and written
Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership abilities
