Responsibilities
Create, film, edit, and post daily content (Instagram, TikTok, Stories)
Capture new arrivals, styling moments, in-store activity, and behind-the-scenes content
Maintain brand aesthetic, tone, and visual consistency
Write captions, manage posting schedules, and engage with the community
Collaborate with ownership and sales staff to support promotions and store traffic
Monitor content performance and adjust strategy accordingly
Qualification
Required
Experience creating social content for a brand or business (retail preferred)
Strong short-form video editing skills
Comfortable filming in a retail environment and directing others on camera
Understanding of trends while maintaining a polished, luxury aesthetic
Organized, reliable, and self-directed
Portfolio or demo reel of social-first content
Experience with mobile and/or desktop editing tools
Ability to work on-site, full time
