Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections to monitor quality standards and compliance
Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures for various projects
Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure quality assurance practices are followed
Review and analyze quality control reports and data to identify areas for improvement
Train and guide site personnel on quality control processes and best practices
Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients regarding quality-related issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager, preferably in mission-critical environments
Familiarity with semiconductor and data center construction processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites
