Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, and post-offer employment checks
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, and hiring timelines
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
Create and post compelling job advertisements that reflect role requirements and the employer brand
Screen resumes and conducts phone or virtual interviews
Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams
Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience
Provide ongoing communication and updates for hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
Research, develop, and implement pre-hire assessments as needed
Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATD) to manage candidates and maintain accurate documentation
Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and company policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Ability to shift priorities and stay organized in a dynamic environment
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Collaborative, adaptable mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based recruiting tools
Preferred
0-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
Experience recruiting in a mechanical or technical environment is a plus
Experience using an applicant tracking system preferred
