In this pivotal role, you will drive change management, project management, and stakeholder engagement across complex business integration workstreams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for Talent integration initiatives across Eyeline and Animation, including planning, execution, and delivery
Develop and implement robust change management strategies to support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working within Talent teams
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Talent, Technology, Finance, and other key functions to align timelines, resources, and expectations
Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, blockers, and dependencies that could impact integration success
Develop and execute clear communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the integration process
Track project milestones, report on progress, and provide regular updates to Program leadership and key stakeholders

Required

Strong expertise in change management, with a proven track record of driving successful organizational change in complex environments
Demonstrated experience in program or project management, ideally within HR or People functions
Experience identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies, and developing effective mitigation strategies
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail in documenting and testing business processes

Preferred

Prior experience supporting cross-functional business integrations
