Lead the design and documentation of healthcare projects from concept through construction administration, ensuring alignment with client goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, engineers, and internal staff, to deliver integrated and technically sound solutions

Oversee the production of construction documents and specifications, ensuring accuracy, code compliance, and constructability

Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing studio culture
